Pancakes with jam, ice cream or feta


I prepared the dough from flour, eggs, salt, milk and mineral water.

First I added flour, then eggs, salt and then gradually, gradually I mixed milk and water with the mixer.

The pan in which the pancakes are made is greased with a little oil, I did not use it, my pan does not require oil.

Allow to heat and then add the composition with a polish, it is exactly the portion needed for a pan.

Rotate over the entire pan and bake until lightly browned on both sides.

I filled them with jam, ice cream or feta according to everyone's preferences.

Serve hot.
