Seafood lentils


Seafood Lentil Ingredients

  1. lentils 1 cup (you can use any)
  2. egg 3 pcs
  3. quail egg 3 pcs
  4. green onions 1 bunch
  5. avocado 1 pc (can be replaced with cucumber)
  6. olives 15-20 pcs
  7. garlic 2-3 cloves
  8. mayonnaise to taste
  9. lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
  10. seafood 250 gr (shrimp, oysters, shellfish, mussels or any other seafood)
  11. salt, pepper to taste

Cooking lentils with seafood:

Step 1: Boil the lentils.

Add lentils to boiling water and cook until tender. Salt is not necessary yet. By the way, it is best to boil lentils in a large amount of water. So, after the grain is cooked, leave it under the lid for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and rinse in ice water, this is necessary so that the lentils do not turn into porridge. After the water drains, put the grain in a bowl.

Step 2: Boil the eggs.

After the eggs are boiled, let them cool under running cold water. Then they are very well cleaned. We need quail eggs for decoration, so cut them in half, and chop ordinary chicken into thin strips.

Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients.

Peel the avocado from the bone, peel and cut into small cubes. Pass the garlic through the garlic or just chop a little. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice, move everything thoroughly until smooth. In a bowl, mix the resulting mixture with lentils, chicken eggs, green onions and olives. Now it comes to seafood. Take those that are at hand: mussels, shrimp, shellfish or others, and decorate them with the resulting salad. Add quail eggs on top. Add salt and pepper.

Step 4: Serve.

The salad is ready, put it in a beautiful salad and you can serve it. Good appetite!
