Step 1: Cook the dough.We will cook the dough in the microwave at full power. Please note that you should not cover anything with a lid or plate. Cookware need to use specially for microwave. So, put the butter in a bowl and fill it with water. Put in the microwave on 2-3 minutesuntil the liquid boils. Then we add wheat flour, mix well and send it to the microwave 40 seconds. After that, we take out the dough, cool a little and start adding one egg at a time, stirring constantly, until you get a viscous dough.
Step 2: Bake the eclairs.Set the oven to heat. 200 degrees. The finished dough must be placed in a confectionery syringe, and with it put the eclairs on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. The distance between them should be at least 3-4 cmotherwise, when baking they stick together. We are going to bake in the oven 25-30 minutes.
