Microwave Eclairs

For the test:

  1. Premium wheat flour 3 tablespoons
  2. Butter (or baking margarine) 50 gr.
  3. Chicken eggs 2-3 pcs.
  4. Water (boiled, but at room temperature) 100 ml.

For custard:

  1. Premium wheat flour 2 tablespoons
  2. Egg yolk 2 pcs.
  3. Milk (3.5%) 250 ml.
  4. Sugar 100 gr.
  5. Vanillin 0.5 teaspoon

Microwave Eclairs:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

We will cook the dough in the microwave at full power. Please note that you should not cover anything with a lid or plate. Cookware need to use specially for microwave. So, put the butter in a bowl and fill it with water. Put in the microwave on 2-3 minutesuntil the liquid boils. Then we add wheat flour, mix well and send it to the microwave 40 seconds. After that, we take out the dough, cool a little and start adding one egg at a time, stirring constantly, until you get a viscous dough.

Step 2: Bake the eclairs.

Set the oven to heat. 200 degrees. The finished dough must be placed in a confectionery syringe, and with it put the eclairs on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. The distance between them should be at least 3-4 cmotherwise, when baking they stick together. We are going to bake in the oven 25-30 minutes. When baking do not open the oven doorotherwise eclairs will settle and not bake inside.

Step 3: Cook the custard.

In a medium heat we set to boil a pot of milk. At this time, in a different pan, rub the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla and flour using a fork. Then pour the boiled milk, mix well and send to cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until the mass thickens. Then cool the cream.

Step 3: Serve the eclairs in the microwave.

Baked eclairs need to be cooled slightly, and then stuffed with cream using a pastry syringe. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Brew aromatic tea and call the household to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you do not have parchment paper, you can grease a baking sheet with a piece of butter and sprinkle lightly with flour.

- - If you do not have a confectionery syringe, the dough can be laid out with a spoon.

- - Cream for eclairs can be prepared any: oily, curd, fruit, etc.
