Cooking Cherry in honeycombs cake:

Step 1: Cooking the dough.

Butter must be removed from the refrigerator an hour before the dessert begins. During this time, at room temperature, the oil will heat up and soften. When this happens, mix sour cream with butter. This can be done with a tablespoon or spoon. Then extinguish the soda in vinegar and add the mixture to sour cream with oil. Add a little vanillin and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Pour the resulting mixture into previously sifted flour, mixing well. Next, knead the elastic dough and wrap it in cling film or place in a closed container, then put in the refrigerator for 3 hours. During this time, the dough will rest and reach the desired consistency.

Step 2: Roll out the dough.

Divide chilled dough into 15 equal parts. Roll out each piece thinly (not thicker than 2-2.5 mm) layer. In order to visually make the cake beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, the dough must be rolled out equally in thickness and size. To achieve this, it is better to cut rectangles from rolled long layers. To do this, you can make a paper template of the desired length and width 8-9 centimeters.

Step 3: folding the logs.

On a strip of dough, lay out a row previously strained cherries, and roll the composition into a neat roll. Try to tightly wrap cherries with dough, otherwise the "logs" will be with voids inside and flatten when baked. Tie the ends of the tubesso that cherries do not fall out. Lay out the tubes as evenly as possible on the baking sheet with the seam down, trim along the length, and bake until rosy about 10 min at a temperature of 180 ° C. Leave small gaps between the “logs” in each row so that the cream penetrates into the gaps and the cake is better saturated. Sprinkle the finished cake with the remaining nuts and put in the cold for 24 hours. In less time, the cake is not soaked.

Step 6: Serve the Cherry in the comb.
