Preparation of Zero Gravity Salad:

Only previously it must be removed from the refrigerator and thawed in warm water to room temperature. Grind the salad ingredients as we taste better. I like to cut into small pieces. Shredded crab sticks spread in a salad bowl. Then we clean the eggs from the shell, wash them under running water and also grind them into small pieces. We spread the ingredients in the salad bowl to the first. Now you need to chop the Beijing cabbage. Use the top of the ingredient as it is more tender. In general, such cabbage tastes great with crab sticks and corn. After - put it in a salad bowl too. Cut the cucumbers into pieces. If you use late vegetables, it is better to cut the peel, as it is already tough and quite rough for the salad. And the last component we will have is parsley. Also on a cutting board with a knife, grind it.

Step 3: make Zero Gravity salad.

All the crushed ingredients are already in the salad bowl. Using a can opener, open a can of canned corn. Holding the lid, drain the corn liquid. And now with a tablespoon we spread the ingredient also in a salad bowl. Pour all our beauty with mayonnaise and salt to taste. Important: In no case do not overdo it with these components, since when the mayonnaise interacts with cucumbers, the dish will begin to secrete juice and will not be so tasty. Mix well with a spoon.
