Step 2: prepare the chicken breast.

We take the chicken fillet and rinse under running water. We put it on a cutting board for meat, clean it from the veins and cut it into small pieces with a knife. I cut pieces in diameter 2 by 2 centimeters. Chicken, sliced ​​in small pieces, marinated and cooked well and quickly. Take chopped chicken, put in a deep bowl, add to it black pepper hammers, allspice and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. We take the cubes, mimic them directly in the package, unfold the rumpled cubes, we get the broth powder. Crumbled sprinkle with chicken cubes. Sprinkle with soy sauce and thoroughly mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Leave the chopped chicken marinate for 20 - 25 minutes.

Step 3: prepare the broccoli.

Take broccoli. We rinse it under running water. We sort hands broccoli cabbage into inflorescences and put it in a pan. Turn on the stove to the middle level. Pour flowing water into a broccoli pan so that it covers the cabbage from above. Add salt to taste. The main thing is not to oversalt, we also have other ingredients that we will season with salt. Cook the broccoli cabbage for 20 - 25 minutes. After the broccoli cabbage is cooked, discard it in a colander and let it drain and cool. In order not to wait until the cabbage dries, dip it with a paper kitchen towel. Put the prepared, dried, boiled broccoli in a deep bowl.

Step 4: fry the meat.

The meat is pickled. Turn on the stove to a medium level and put a frying pan on it. Pour into a preheated pan 2 teaspoons olive oil and wait until it heats up. Add the marinated chicken fillet to the warmed olive oil, help ourselves to put them in a pan with a tablespoon. Fry the chicken meat until fully cooked, until it is covered with a golden brown crust. Chicken fillet, and even marinated, is fried very quickly. Within 10 minutes, the meat will be ready. When frying meat, do not forget to mix it with a wooden spatula so that it is fried from all sides and does not burn.

Step 5: saute the onions with broccoli.

Turn on the stove to a medium level and put a frying pan on it. Put in it 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat it. Pour diced onions into a heated olive oil with a tablespoon. Fry the onion until milky - the onion should darken, but not be fried. In almost finished onion, add broccoli, sorted into inflorescences and boiled cabbage. We fasten the plate to a small level. Fry broccoli with onions for 5 - 7 minutes. While frying, mix the ingredients with a wooden spatula.

Step 6: combine all the ingredients.

To the almost finished broccoli and onion, add the fried chicken fillet. Mix everything thoroughly with a wooden spatula. Fry all the ingredients combined together for another 1 - 2 minutes. Add 6 tablespoons of water. On top of the stewed in water products through the garlic press, we inject garlic. Cover the pan with a lid and stew vegetables for another 2 minutes. Our dish is ready. Remove the pan from the stove. Lay on a plate.

Step 7: Serve "Broccoli Chicken".
