Cooking lingonberries in syrup:

Step 1: Prepare the berries.

There is nothing complicated in cooking this dish. The first step is to rinse the lingonberry berries well under cold running water, and then transfer them to a paper towel and dry them. Then we transfer it to glass jars (pre-washed and dried).

Step 2: Cook the syrup.

Now let's get the syrup ready. To do this, pour sugar into the pan, fill it with water and send it to boil on medium heat. At this time, remove the zest from the lemon (previously washed) with a grater and add to the water and cook in this form 10 minutes after boiling.

Step 3: Cook the lingonberries in syrup.

Cool the finished syrup at room temperature, and then pour the lingonberry berries on it. We cover the banks with nylon covers or generally roll up, and send them to be stored in a cold place.
