Shrimp and Bean Salad Ingredients

  1. green beans 350 g
  2. peeled shrimp 350 g
  3. 4 cucumbers
  4. tomatoes 4 pcs.
  5. lemon 1 pc.
  6. olive oil 2 tbsp
  7. mustard (sweet) 1 tbsp
  8. feta cheese 100 g
  9. granulated sugar ½ tsp
  10. green onions to taste
  11. salt to taste

Shrimp and Bean Salad Preparation:

Step 1: Step 1: Cook the Shrimp.

To make shrimp, boil them in salted water and drop them in a colander. Rinse the shrimp with cold water and put them in a large salad bowl.

Step 2: Step 2: Cooking Beans.

Pour a small amount of water (2 cm thick) into the pan. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Add green beans and salt to taste. Boil the beans for 5 minutes, then drop it into a colander. Rinse the beans with cold water and put in a salad bowl.

Step 3: Step 3: Cooking Tomatoes.

Wash the tomatoes. Cut them into slices and put in a salad bowl.

Step 4: Step 4: Cooking the Cucumbers.

Wash the cucumbers, cut them into circles. If the cucumbers have a thick peel, it is better to remove it, after peeling the cucumbers. Put the cucumbers in a salad bowl.

Step 5: Step 5: Cooking the Sauce.

Combine olive oil, finely chopped green onions, mustard, sugar, pepper, 3 tsp in a bowl. lemon juice, chopped lemon zest and ¾ tsp. salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Step 6: Step 5: Cooking the Shrimp and Bean Salad.

Dress salad with sauce and add cheese, mix all the ingredients. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - In the absence of peeled shrimp, you can use unpeeled. In this case, more shrimp and time will be needed (to clear the shrimp after cooking).

- - In this salad with shrimp, lettuce leaves that can decorate the bottom of the salad bowl will be well combined.

- - Use green onions to taste. If desired, it can be replaced with fresh oregano leaves.
