Making lazy cake with mango:

Step 1: prepare the container for the cake.

Take a round cake mold with an approximate diameter of 30 centimeters, cover it with cling film so that it extends beyond the sides of the mold. Using scissors, cut a circle from the food foil to the diameter of your mold and lay it on the bottom of the container over the cling film. Now after your cake hardens, it will be very easy for you to pull it out of shape.

Step 2: soak the gelatin.

Take a deep plate, pour the right amount of cold water into it and pour the right amount of gelatin into it. Stir the ingredients with a tablespoon until smooth and leave the gelatin soaked on 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 3: prepare the mango.

Rinse the required amount of mango fruit, rinse under running water, pat dry with paper kitchen towels, cut into 2 parts with a knife and pull out the bone. Then peel the mango, cut the mango pulp into 3 - 4 arbitrary in size and thickness of the part, so that the pieces fit into the blender bowl. Grind the mango in a blender to a puree state at high speed, this process will take you approximately 20 to 30 seconds. Transfer the finished puree into a plastic measuring cup with a spout, helping yourself with a tablespoon. Wash the blender bowl and dry it with kitchen paper towels, you still need a blender.

Step 4: melt the butter and add the crumbs from the cookies.

Turn on the stove to a small level, put the stewpan on it and pour the right amount of butter into it. Fat should melt, but not boil! Therefore, be careful, and if the oil boils, immediately remove the saucepan from the stove. While the butter is melting, and this process will take no more 3 to 4 minutes, put the right amount of cookies in a clean blender. And grind it into small crumbs, at high speed. Grind cookies for as long as needed, the crumb should be free of lumps. Wash and dry the blender again.

Step 5: form the first layer of the cake.

Remove the stewpan with melted butter from the fire. Throw crushed cookies into it and mix the ingredients with a tablespoon until a homogeneous porridge mass. Knead thoroughly so that the crumbs absorb all the melted fat. Then lay the resulting mass on the bottom of the prepared cake mold and level it with a clean hand so that it lies evenly throughout the bottom of the mold. Wash the stewpan. The first layer is ready, now put the mold in the refrigerator and start cooking the second layer of cake.

Step 6: mix the ingredients for the second layer of the cake.

Place in a clean blender, the right amount of whole, fat not salted cottage cheese, vanilla extract, condensed milk and beat the total mass in a blender at high speed until lush foam for 15 - 20 minutes intermittently. You should get a beautiful, airy aromatic mashed figurative mass. Add half the mango puree to the blender and re-whisk the ingredients at high speed for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour the resulting mass into a deep bowl and proceed to the next steps.

Step 7: melt the gelatin.

On a stove included, at a medium level, put a clean dry stewpan with the right amount of clean distilled water, bring it to a boil and turn off the stove. Pour all the gelatin into the hot water. Stir the gelatin with a wooden spoon until it is completely dissolved in boiling water.

Step 8: add gelatin to the cheese mass.

Add half the diluted gelatin to the cheese mass. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until smooth with a wooden spoon. Take out the mold with the first layer of cake from the refrigerator, pour the cheese mass with gelatin into it and put it back in the refrigerator on 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 9: add gelatin to the avocado mass.

Add the remaining gelatin in mashed avocado and mix thoroughly with a tablespoon until smooth. Then let the mass infuse for 10 minutes, just by this time the cheese mass will almost completely harden.

Step 10: fill the last layer of the cake.

After the required time, remove the form with two layers of cake and very carefully pour the still liquid mass from the avocado diluted with gelatin onto the curd surface. Smooth the surface with some kind of kitchen equipment is not worth it, the mass is quite liquid and very well spreads over the entire cheese surface. Cover the container with plastic wrap and refrigerate 5 - 6 hours, so that the layers become more dense and the cake is easily cut. After 5 - 6 hours, remove the cake form from the refrigerator, carefully, so as not to violate the integrity of the cake, remove the side from it and unclip the wrap from the sides of the cake. Holding the foil with your fingers, drag the cake onto a large, flat dish. Your cake is ready to taste!

Step 11: serve the lazy mango cake.

Lazy mango cake served cold laid on a large flat dish. A shovel for slicing cakes, dessert spoons and dessert plates are placed next to it. This beautiful cake is pleasant to relish with freshly brewed tea or cold champagne. Great dessert for all occasions, quick to prepare breathtakingly delicious and not expensive! Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Mango can be replaced with any other juicy fruit, such as apricot, peach, plum, cherry, strawberries, raspberries. But remember that if you choose very juicy fruits after chopping you should strain the fruit puree through cheesecloth from excess fluid. Since in the prepared thick puree you add gelatin diluted in water, which will thin the fruit mass.

- - Instead of cottage cheese, you can use the cheese mass, but before chopping you should wipe it through a fine sieve so that it does not contain unpleasant small grains.

- - The ingredients for this type of cake can be whipped not only with a blender, but also with a mixer or whisk.

- - Avocado pulp can be grated through a fine sieve.
