Italian pizza ingredients

2 pizza dough:

  1. Wheat flour 175 grams

Italian pizza making:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Sift the desired amount of wheat flour into a deep bowl with a fine mesh sieve. Add salt, sugar, granular yeast to it and mix the products with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency. Turn the stove level to medium temperature and put on it a small stewpan with the required amount of clean distilled water, you do not need to bring the liquid to a boil, just warm it up to 40 - 45 degrees, yeast will not rise in hot water! Connect the heated fluid to 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and mix the ingredients until smooth. Pour the liquid into a bowl of dry ingredients. Knead a homogeneous dough, first with a tablespoon, and when it becomes difficult for you to mix, grasp the dough with clean hands. Put it on the kitchen table sprinkled with sifted wheat flour and knead the dough for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse the bowl in which you originally made the initial batch, under running water, pat dry with paper towels and grease 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Place the kneading dough in a prepared bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and place in a warm place for 40 minutes for example, near an included stove. During this time, the semi-finished flour will increase in size by about 1.5 - 2 times.

Step 2: prepare the filling.

Under running water, rinse peeled onions, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes, dry the ingredients with paper kitchen towels and cut off at the last two places where the stalks were attached or attached. After gutting the pepper from the seeds, place it on a cutting board, and cut into strips up to 5 millimeters, do the same with onions. Tomatoes for more convenient subsequent grinding can be cut into halves. If desired, put 5 - 6 tomato halves on a plate and set them aside, they will serve as an additional decoration for your pizza. Put the rest of the tomatoes in a clean and dry blender bowl, add to them all the spices indicated in the ingredients, tomato paste and salt to taste. Grind and mix the products, turning on the kitchen appliance to the maximum, until a homogeneous porridge-like consistency, this process will take about 1 - 2 minutes. Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl, taste and, if necessary, add more spices and salt. Lay the vegetable slices on plates. For pizza, it is best to use high-quality well-smoked sausage, for example with salts, peel it from cling film, lay on a cutting board, cut with a knife rings thick from 3 to 5 millimeters and put it on a plate. Open a jar of olives, use a tablespoon to get the number of fruits you need, lay them on a cutting board and cut into rings thick up to 5 millimeters. Put the slices on a separate plate. Remove the paraffin crust from the hard cheese and grate it directly on the plate with a coarse grater. Preheat the oven up to 200 - 220 degrees Celsius.

Step 3: roll out the dough.

After 40 minutes, transfer the dough onto a flour-sprinkled kitchen table and knead it again for 1 - 2 minutes. Split it with a knife 2 equal by weight of the part and roll them with a rolling pin into thick layers up to 1.5 centimeters. Take a non-stick aluminum pan and sprinkle it with a little sifted wheat flour. Carefully wrap the dough layer around the rolling pin and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4: form the pizza.

First of all, divide by eye all the ingredients for the filling into 2 servings. Pour half of the mass of chopped tomatoes with herbs onto the surface of the dough. Then sprinkle the greased layer with grated cheese. On top of it in an artistic mess, lay sausage rings, half onion rings, lettuce, chopped olives and halves of cherry tomatoes. Optionally, add canned corn or peas.

Step 5: bake pizza.

Make sure that your oven has warmed up to the right temperature and place a baking sheet in it with still raw pizza. Bake flour product 25 - 30 minutes or until the crust of the first ruddy, light shade of beige. Using a kitchen towel, remove the baking tray with the finished pizza from the oven and place it on a cutting board. Allow the flour product to cool slightly, just enough 45 minutes. Then slice the pizza and enjoy! Cook the second pizza in the same way.

Step 6: serve pizza in Italian.

Italian pizza is served hot, after cooking, you can transfer it to a large flat dish and then cut into portions, or cut flavored pizza immediately and serve in portions on separate plates.
