After that, using a tablespoon, transfer the potatoes from the pan to a deep bowl and set aside to cool to a warm state.

Step 2: prepare the bacon.

We spread the smoked meat on a cutting board and using a knife we ​​cut the ingredient into thin plates. Attention: the number of plates of bacon should match the number of potatoes. The shredded component is transferred to a clean plate, and so that it does not weather, we wrap the container with bacon with cling film.

Step 3: prepare the greens.

We rinse fresh parsley and dill under running water and, slightly shaking off the components by weight from the remaining water, transfer to a chopping board. Using a knife, finely chop the ingredients and then - shift into a deep bowl.

Sprinkle with rosemary leaves on top of the dish and put in a preheated oven to temperature 180 ° -190 ° C literally for 5-10 minutesuntil the potatoes and bacon are browned.
