Re-mix the products until smooth for 30 seconds and begin to introduce sifted wheat flour into a bowl. We act slowly, at the same time kneading a dough of medium density without lumps.

Step 3: fry pancakes with poppy seeds.

Turn on the stove to the level between the smallest and the middle. We put on it a pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. When the fat is warmed up, using the same tablespoon, put the first portion of the dough into the pan, forming a small flat circle. Just fit in the pan 4 - 5 fritters, do not put more, do not forget that the dough is liquid and during frying it will spread in breadth.

After the bottom side of the pancakes is browned, turn them over with the help of a kitchen spatula to the other side and also fry it until golden.
