Cooking potato croquettes:

Step 1: Fry the onion.

Step 3: Fry the croquettes.

Beat the remaining two eggs a little, that is, mix the protein with the yolk. And add salt and pepper to taste to them. Then we pour flour onto the surface and envelop in it the “pies” fashioned from potatoes. Then dip in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Next, heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Then put croquettes in oil and fry. Do not make a very weak fire, because all the crackers will collapse. They are fried on each side for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4: We serve to the table.
