Wash the piece of meat, then wipe with absorbent towels. Cut into suitable slices (I got 7 slices). Lightly beat with a hammer, then season with salt and pepper. At the end, sprinkle the Delikat pork spices. Pour the oil into a pan and place the slices of meat.
Peel the onion, carrot and parsnip. Cut the onion into slices and place over the meat. Cut the carrot and parsnip into slices and place them on top of the meat. Put the dates, then pour the water and wine. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees C. After 20 minutes, remove the tray and turn the slices of meat on the other side. Add the sliced garlic and put the tray in the oven for another 15 minutes, still covered. After this time, remove the foil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees C, and leave until lightly browned on top.
Meanwhile, the mashed potatoes are being prepared.
Serve the chop with mashed potatoes, sprinkled with the sauce formed and garnished with carrots and parsnips. Uncooked dates are placed next to it and it is served with assorted pickles.

Baked pork chop
The Incas used the potato both as food and as a medicine for healing broken bones, in rheumatism, indigestion, treating skin conditions, frostbite and sunburn.
- 1 piece of chop (with whole bone) of about 2 kg
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 teaspoon grated paprika
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon green peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 600 g potatoes, for garnish
Peel the garlic, crush it and mix it with a tablespoon of olive oil. Homogenize, add the paprika, salt and mix well. Separately, combine the rest of the spices and place them on an aluminum foil.
Grease the chop piece with the sauce, then roll it in the spices placed on the aluminum foil. Wrap the meat thus prepared in a food foil and leave it in the fridge for 2-3 hours to flavor.
Remove the food foil and place the piece of meat in a heat-resistant tray, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a glass of red wine, cover with aluminum foil and put in the hot oven for about an hour. After 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil, add in the pan the potatoes cut into thick slices, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
Put the tray back in the oven until the steak and potatoes are nicely browned. Place the steak and potatoes on a hot plate and serve.

Pork chop stuffed in the oven
Pork chop stuffed in the oven from: pork chop, minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, leek, carrot, apple, onion, potato, oil, thyme, salt, pepper, paprika.
- 500 g pork chop, deboned
- 300 g minced meat, pork and beef
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 or
- 1 leek root
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 1 onion
- 1 potato
Method of preparation:
To reduce the cooking time, cut the chop in half diagonally. Each half is then cut once more in half, in the shape of a butterfly, then again, starting from the edge inwards. After portioning, season the dough with salt, pepper and thyme, then set aside until you prepare the filling.
Prepare the filling like this: soak the breadcrumbs in water or bone broth. After the water has been absorbed, add the raw egg and stir until smooth.
The apple, leek, carrot, diced or grated potato and minced meat are cooked together for a few minutes in oil. Then let them cool a little, then mix them with the breadcrumbs.
Add salt and pepper to taste, then spread the filling in a thin layer on the chopped chop pieces. Roll the chop, tie it with string, grease it with oil or butter, then sprinkle a little paprika.
Place the chop in a heat-resistant tray. Put water in the tray as long as it covers 1 cm of the roll, then wrap the tray with aluminum foil. Put it in the oven on low heat for about half an hour, then remove the foil and let it brown for another half hour.
When the meat has penetrated and browned well, take it out of the oven, cover it again with foil and leave it aside for about 10 minutes to cool a little. Before serving, slice the stuffed chop.
Baked pork chop with tomatoes
You take the tomatoes, wash them and cut them in half. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and a drop of white wine. Then add chopped basil leaves and mix. Break some oregano leaves and add them to the mixture, after which you add a little water. Take the boiled meat, put salt, pepper on it and put it in a special plastic bag for the oven. Put the chicken mixture in the chicken, then empty the bag. Put the bag in the oven at 70 degrees (if you have an oven with a grill), for 20 minutes or on low heat (if you have a normal oven). Do this because, as the meat is already cooked, it will dry out and lose its flavor. If we put it in a vacuum, it will not dehydrate. The composition is baked, baked for 9 minutes at 90 degrees or, for those who do not have an oven with a grill, on a higher heat. When it is ready, remove the meat from the plate and add the sauce and top with the sauce. The result will be a baked dish with a fragile texture, similar to a steamed dish. Good luck # 259!
Baked pork chop with tomatoes
A very simple recipe for baked pork chop with basil leaves, tomatoes, oregano leaves, salt, pepper, olive oil and white wine.
- 1 sliced pork chop, boiled at low temperature
- 6-7 tomatoes, basil leaves
- oregano leaves
- olive oil
- White wine
Method of preparation:
Take the tomatoes, wash them and cut them in half. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and a drop of white wine. Then add chopped basil leaves and mix. Break some oregano leaves and add them to the mixture, then add a little water. lei the boiled meat, put salt, pepper on it and put it in a special plastic bag for the oven.
Put the tomato mixture inside, then empty the bag. Put the bag in the oven at 70 degrees (if you have a graded oven), for 20 minutes or over low heat (if you have a normal oven). Do this because, as the meat is already cooked, you run the risk of drying out and losing its flavor.

Pork chop with lemon and rosemary in the oven
I lived with the impression that rosemary and lemon are perfect for chicken. I love these two flavors combined as much as the sage, butter and lemon flavors.
Because I had a lot of fresh rosemary, I told myself to experiment on the pork chop as well. It is winter and we eat more pork than at any other time of the year. The experiment was a success and I am absolutely satisfied with the taste, texture and flavors.
The recipe for pork chop with lemon and rosemary in the oven is very simple and quick. All the data and ingredients are listed here.
- 6 pieces of chop port
- 1 lemon
- 2-3 twigs of tozmarin
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
Preparation of pork chop with rosemary and lemon:
The chop pieces are placed in a slightly high tray. I used a yena one. Half a lemon is squeezed over the meat and the other is cut into slices.
Add the garlic cloves, salt, peppercorns and coriander. Mix the meat lightly. At the end, add the rosemary oil and sprigs, which you cut into smaller pieces.
The tray is covered with an aluminum foil or lid and put in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for approx. 30 minutes. During this time, turn the meat from one side to the other once.
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and leave for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned. That depends on how you like the meat. I prefer the slightly browned steak, but it can be served even juicier.
I was pleasantly surprised by this pork chop with lemon and rosemary in the oven. The meat came out soft and the taste is delicious.
