Step 2: Prepare a salmon and cheese appetizer.

Here we will consider several options for preparing such an appetizer, and you can choose the one you like most. Option 1: Rolls. Mix cheese, eggs, zest of half a lemon, dill, salt and pepper in a blender. Grind to a homogeneous mass - this is our cheese filling. We spread the cling film and lay on it slices of salmon “with an overlap” - that is, so that they slightly find each other. Lubricate them with a cheese mixture, gently and evenly, trying not to make passes. Then we raise the edges of the film and roll the fish into a roll. We remove the result for 1 hour in the refrigerator, then remove the film and cut the roll into slices. We spread the rolls on a beautiful dish and decorate with sliced ​​cucumbers. Option 2: Hemp. In this option, we will use cheese and fish filling, which is prepared as follows: using a blender, mix salmon, cheese, half a tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper into a homogeneous mass. Cut the cucumber into slices 1 cm thick and spread each filling with the resulting filling. About half a teaspoon of cheese and fish filling will go for each piece. We remove the stumps in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool, and serve on a beautiful dish. Before serving, decorate the stumps with chopped dill and sliced ​​eggs. Option 3: Kisses. We cut the boiled eggs in neat circles, we also act with a lemon. We cut cucumbers into small cubes. We mix cheese with dill, salt and pepper - we need a homogeneous mass. As cups, you can use coffee cups - cover them with cling film. Do not spare the film - we need a lot to close the form and on top, too. Put salmon slices in shape, shape. We spread the cheese filling to the middle of the form, then we put a couple of cucumber cubes, and again the filling, now we completely fill. Lay a circle of eggs and lemon on top. Wrap the form with a film, press it a little, and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then we take out a snack, remove the film and turn the form on a plate. We decorate kisses at will, as the fantasy tells. You can cut a flower from egg white and decorate with a berry. Option 4: Verrines. Verrina is a French appetizer that is served in individual cups. Cooking it is very simple. Grind cucumbers and juice of half a lemon to a puree condition in a blender. Combine cheese with dill and salt to taste, and mix thoroughly. And then we fill the clean piles with layers - down we put cucumber-lemon puree, then cream cheese with dill, and finish with a small piece of salmon. Garnish a stack with a slice of lemon, sprinkle verrine with herbs and serve immediately.
