Cooking "Where Dreams Come":

Step 1: Preparing the ingredients.

We collect cold water into the pan, add the washed carrots and eggs to it. We put on medium heat. When the water boils, add a pinch of salt. After 10 minutes, we take out the eggs with a spoon and fill them with cold water, where they should cool completely. We continue to cook the carrots until fully cooked, until it becomes soft (about 20 minutes). While the products are boiling, we will prepare other ingredients. It is important that all products be cooked in different dishes, since our salad is layered. First of all, tear the washed green salad. Of course, you can cut it, but it is torn, it always looks unusual and beautiful. The main thing is not to grind it strongly. We cut the salmon into small squares, but not the whole. A small piece of fish should be left for decoration. In general, we leave a little of all the ingredients of the salad for decoration. Cut the olives into rings. We rub the hard cheese on a coarse grater. We chop the washed avocado into two parts without peeling it. With a sharp movement, we hit the bone with the knife so that the blade goes into it a little, and stretch the bone. Next, take out the avocado pulp with a spoon, leave it a little for decoration, and grind the rest into small pieces. We clean the eggs and grind 4 of them on a fine grater. We wash half of each bunch of dill and parsley and chop finely. Cooked carrots need to be peeled and grated on a coarse grater.

Step 2: Prepare the salad dressing.

Orange must be peeled and white lived. Next, with a knife, grind its flesh. Mix orange slices with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly until smooth. Salt and pepper a little. Such an unusual liquid sauce will be a dressing for our salad.

Step 3: Cooking the Salad.

The salad is laid out in a large rectangular shape or on a dish with sides. Each of them is soaked in sauce. It is easiest to distribute with a spoon. First, lay out the torn lettuce leaves, then lay out the cubes of red fish. Lubricate with mayonnaise sauce. Next, evenly spread 4 coarsely chopped eggs and seasoning again. The next layer is circles of olives. They again overlap with gas station. Then we spread the grated carrots and chopped greens of dill and parsley, as well as avocado cubes. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice and coat the layer with sauce. Last spread the grated cheese very tightly. Top it well coated with mayonnaise. Salad ready!

Step 4: Decorate the salad in the form of a picture.

Trees and forest look very beautiful from red cabbage. The veins of cabbage make such trees truly similar. You can cut on previously prepared cardboard forms. The foliage on the trees is laid dill branches, and the berries on them are grains of red caviar. The hillock in the picture is made of greens and avocado cubes, and the bushes can be cut from saturated avocado skins. Their feathers parsley and green salad also turned beautiful bushes. Shredded olives are poured on the horizon. In the role of the sand, we have chopped yolk of chicken eggs. Flowers and glare in the sky are also made of red caviar. Stripes of fish dilute the sunset on the horizon. Grated carrots and yolk were also used for the sky. All this is laid out on our salad and a very bright and unusual picture emerges.
